Challenge myself

Sessions this week have involved running up steps, press-ups and kangaroo jumps.  Not surprisingly I find the kangaroos jumps particularly hard on the legs (I suppose I am not a kangaroo!).  I have decided to try and improve at press-ups and will aim to move on from the small amount I can do to a bigger and more respectable amount.  I am going to aim to do 15 good press-ups by new years eve!
