I have managed in the last 10 days….
2 x You Tube 10 minute sessions
3 x short runs with no side effects (about 1.5 mile each – not far but a start)
While to some people that may be rubbish I was feeling pretty pleased about it! The You tube sessions were tough but fun to do – one of them was a Victoria Secrets workout – long way to go before I get a bum that looks as good as theirs do.
