Workout at the caravan

Managed to fit in a session around the caravan as the weather has been a bit better.

1) Sprint around the caravan 5 times

2) The Cat the length and back (12ft each way)

3) 15 press-ups (daughter suggested 85!)

4) Sprint around caravan again 5 times

5) 10 Kangaroo jumps

6) Repeat above 3 times

7) Sprint twice round caravan and try to catch daughter who was running around once – failed to catch her as very tired at this point!

Trying a run tomorrow!
